* The Prime Minister recently signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 80/CĐ-TTg, urging continued decisive implementation, demonstrating the highest sense of responsibility, and mobilizing the entire political system to...expedite the land clearance process.National key projects and priority projects in the transportation sector.
The Prime Minister requested that the Secretaries and Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities focus more on leading and directing agencies and units, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system; carrying out mass mobilization work to understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people, creatively, flexibly, and effectively applying legal regulations to resolve legitimate and justified complaints and requests of the people… coordinating with investors to prioritize land clearance at key locations.

* On the morning of August 17th, in Da Lat city (Lam Dong province), Lam Dong Newspaper hosted the opening ceremony.Conference of Party Newspapers of provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands regionsThe 11th edition (Round IV) in 2024 will have the theme: Journalism and communication promoting green transformation.
At the conference, the organizing committee received 19 papers that engaged in lively discussions on this topic. The content of these papers affirmed the correctness of the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws regarding green transformation.

* On the morning of August 17th, the Dien Chau District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision.Recognizing the district as having met the standards for a new rural area.2023.
The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 173/QD-TTg on February 7, 2024, recognizing Dien Chau district, Nghe An province, as having met the standards of a new rural district in 2023. This is a great recognition and encouragement from the Party and the State for the comprehensive efforts and development of the Party Committee and people of Dien Chau district.

* In Nghe An, managing vessels under 12 meters faces many difficulties. There are still some in the area.Many fishing vessels have not been inspected.Register and obtain a technical safety certificate (referred to as a "3-no" vessel) for fishing.

*Voters in Nam Hung commune (Nam Dan district) have raised concerns.Some shortcomings in land use rights auctions include: determining the starting price; the selection and signing of land use rights auction service contracts taking a long time; the supervision of the auction process from the signing of the service contract to the end of the auction being merely a formality; and the low percentage of deposit required.
