This street passes through rows of spacious high-rise buildings, with many shady trees, connecting the residential area with the beach. In Cua Lo town, this route is called Nguyen Van Linh Street (1915 - 1998), who was the General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1986 to 1991. He was one of the Party leaders who initiated the renovation policy, abolishing the centralized bureaucratic subsidy mechanism, shifting to a multi-sector economy, operating under a market mechanism with State management.
