Over 30 years of construction and development, Cua Lo town has become a dynamic coastal urban area with a modern and well-maintained road network. Many of these roads are named after prominent figures and boast clean and beautiful landscapes, contributing to the overall appearance of this famous coastal tourist destination in Central Vietnam.

5 Nguyen Canh Que
The road is named after Nguyen Canh Que (1599 - 1658), a general of the Le Dynasty during the restoration period of Vietnamese history, who held the positions of Left Commander-in-Chief, Deputy Commander, and Prince Consort, with the title of Lieu District Duke. This road is named after Nguyen Xi (1397 - 1465), a general, politician, and founding figure of the Later Le Dynasty, who served under four emperors. This is the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard, a strategic road connecting Vinh city with Cua Lo beach, currently under construction and expected to be completed and put into use soon. In Cua Lo town, this road is known as Nguyen Van Linh Road (1915 - 1998), the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1986 to 1991. He was one of the Party leaders who initiated the reform policy, abolishing the centralized bureaucratic subsidy mechanism and shifting to a multi-sector economy operating under a market mechanism with state management.
