Vinh City Police handle 66 teenagers not wearing helmets
This is the statistics of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, during the 4-day holiday.
According to statistics from the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, during the 4-day holiday on September 2, from August 31 to September 3, the team issued fines for 66 cases of not wearing helmets when driving motorbikes. It is worth mentioning that all 66 cases were teenagers.

According to the handling officer of the Traffic Police Team - Vinh City Police: Wearing a helmet is not only the responsibility and obligation of each person, but also shows awareness and culture when participating in traffic. However, a part of the people, especially young people, teenagers, students, when participating in traffic do not wear helmets. This means violating the provisions of the law and forgetting the dangers that can happen to themselves.
Therefore, in the coming time, especially at the beginning of the new school year, along with coordinating with schools to organize extracurricular propaganda sessions on traffic safety laws for officials, teachers and students in the area, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police will continue to increase patrols, control, strictly handle violations, and send notices to schools for coordination in handling.
