Due to the impact of heavy rain, many areas in Nghe An are flooded. Irrigation units have concentrated their manpower, working all night at the drainage sluices to collect water hyacinth to drain the flood.

However, in recent days, water hyacinth has been piling up and stuck at the sluice gates, forcing workers to stay up all night to salvage and push the water hyacinth to clear the sluice gates. But because water hyacinth is stuck in the sewer mouth, it is very difficult to drain the flood.
