Authorities are urgently working to remove water hyacinths stuck in drainage ditches in Nghe An province.

Due to heavy rains, many areas in Nghe An province are experiencing flooding. Irrigation units are mobilizing manpower and working through the night at drainage gates to remove water hyacinths and help drain floodwaters.
