Surrounded by floodwaters, the lives of people in the flooded area of Hung Nguyen are facing many difficulties.
According to local residents, today, floodwaters in the flooded hamlets of Chau Nhan and Hung Loi communes (Hung Nguyen district)... outside the Lam River dike are still receding slowly.
