Arrest of subject possessing ammunition
On October 30, the Police Department decided to prosecute and temporarily detain Ho Thien Trung (born 2002) to investigate the act of "Illegal possession of military weapons".
Previously, based on a report from the people, Tan Tien Commune Police had administratively inspected Ho Thien Trung's residence and discovered 101 metal bullet casings and 10 unused bullets, a set of tools for illegal drug use. Tan Tien Commune Police had drawn up a record and handed over the subject and all related evidence to the Dong Phu District Police Investigation Agency for handling according to their authority.
After receiving the case, the Dong Phu District Police Department requested an examination of 10 unused bullets. It was determined that 7 of the 10 bullets were military weapons.
Based on the investigation results of the case, the Investigation Security Agency of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police has sufficient grounds to determine that the defendant Ho Thien Trung (residing in An Hoa Hamlet, Tan Tien Commune, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province) committed the act of "Illegal possession of weaponsmilitary
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the police according to regulations.
