Suspect arrested for possessing ammunition.
On October 30th, the police decided to prosecute and issue an arrest warrant for Ho Thien Trung (born in 2002) to investigate his alleged "illegal possession of military weapons."
Previously, acting on a tip from the public, the Tan Tien Commune Police conducted an administrative inspection of Ho Thien Trung's residence, discovering 101 metal bullet casings and 10 unused bullets, along with a set of tools for the illegal use of narcotics. The Tan Tien Commune Police drew up a report and handed over the suspect and all related evidence to the Criminal Investigation Department of the Dong Phu District Police for handling according to their jurisdiction.
After receiving the case, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Dong Phu District Police requested an expert examination of the 10 unused bullets. The examination determined that 7 of the 10 bullets were military weapons.
Based on the investigation results of the case by the Security Investigation Agency of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Police, there is sufficient evidence to determine that the suspect Ho Thien Trung (residing in An Hoa hamlet, Tan Tien commune, Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province) committed the act of "Illegal possession of weaponsmilitary equipment.
The case is currently under investigation and being handled by the police in accordance with regulations.
