Propagating laws on drug prevention and control to more than 300 workers
On the afternoon of November 8, in Vinh City, a conference was held to disseminate knowledge and laws on drug prevention and control to workers, civil servants, and laborers.
Attending the event were comrade Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Confederation of Labor and more than 300 workers in the province.
The event was organized by the Propaganda Department of the General Confederation of Labor in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation.
The conference aims to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of knowledge and laws on drug prevention and control, at the same time promote the role and enhance the responsibility of trade unions at all levels in drug prevention and control, and mobilize a large number of people.workersparticipate in drug prevention activities.
At the conference, comrade Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the General Confederation delivered the opening speech and conveyed the contents of drug prevention and control work. Accordingly, the conference listened to the concepts of drug prevention and control, some prohibited behaviors related to drugs and the harmful effects of drugs.
In the responsibility of preventing and combating drugs, the Vice President of the General Confederation specified the roles and responsibilities of individuals, families, trade unions, etc., as well as crimes related to drugs.
