First time promoting Sen cuisine on Vinh walking street
The Vinh Walking Street activities from the evening of November 29 have an additional attractive highlight, which is the Nghe An Lotus Tourism and Cuisine Festival. At this festival, for the first time, there will be many lotus culinary cultural performances combined with tea tasting, with the participation of famous cultural and culinary experts.
From today (November 29) to December 1, 2024, at the Provincial Cultural Center and Ho Tung Mau Walking Street, Vinh City will perform the Nghe An Lotus Cuisine Festival. In addition to the vibrant cultural and artistic activities on the walking street, the Lotus Cuisine Festival will bring people and tourists unforgettable experiences through cuisine made from lotus ingredients of Uncle Ho's hometown Sen Village.
Performances are public performances for the public to enjoy at the festival space. Here, famous cultural and culinary experts will demonstrate the art of preparing dishes using lotus ingredients. Through the performance, they will demonstrate the art of cooking and processing, while spreading the culture of enjoying unique and sophisticated dishes.
With these activities, cuisine is not only about eating but also about enjoying and feeling culture and art. They are the ones who will turn simple ingredients from lotus into masterpieces of culinary art; not only bringing unique flavors but also sharing inspiring stories about homeland cuisine.

The festival program takes place on a large scale, with the participation of many provinces and cities, with quarterly booths promoting and introducing tourism products, cuisine, culture, lotus products; making a mark of lotus cuisine on the culinary tourism map of Vietnam. The event also connects and promotes tourism products of Nghe An as well as provinces and cities across the country.
