* On the morning of January 6th,The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a summary conference.Foreign affairs work in 2024 and key tasks and directions for 2025.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs accelerate its efforts and make breakthroughs in 2025, reviewing the goals for the entire term and for 2025 in order to implement them.

* On the afternoon of January 6th,The Nghe An Provincial Police Department organized a conference.Implementing the police work program for 2025.
Attending and speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung provided an overview of the province's outstanding achievements and highlights in socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building, and the political system. He affirmed that the Provincial Police Department played a crucial and positive role in achieving these results.
* On the afternoon of January 6th, the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for the WHA Industrial Zone 2 - Nghe An project to WHA Group of Thailand.
The WHA Zone 2 industrial park received investment approval from the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1706/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2024, with a total area of 183.37 hectares and a total investment of 50 million USD. The project's objective is to develop industrial park infrastructure, creating clean land and integrated infrastructure to attract secondary projects for investment, production, and business activities.
* On the morning of January 6th, the Party Cell of the Management Board of the Truông Bồn Historical Relic Site organized...Party branch congress for the term 2025 - 2027This is the model Party branch congress of the Party Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.
The 5th Party Congress of the Truong Bon Historical Relic Area Management Board, for the term 2025-2027, elected 3 comrades to the new Executive Committee.

* In 2024,Nghe An attracts nearly $1.75 billion in foreign direct investment., ranked 8th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
The Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment has just released data on the foreign investment attraction situation in 2024.
Accordingly, Nghe An attracted $1.7496 billion in FDI capital, an increase of 8.8% compared to 2023.

On January 1, 2025, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, which stipulates administrative penalties for traffic violations, including the deduction and restoration of points on driver's licenses, officially came into effect.
