The penalties for drunk driving are stipulated in Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP as follows:

Penalties and deductions from the driver's license of drivers of automobiles, four-wheeled motor vehicles for passenger transport, four-wheeled motor vehicles for cargo transport, and similar types of vehicles who violate road traffic regulations.
