Murder in Dien Chau leaves two dead.
According to information from the People's Committee of Hung Hai commune, Dien Chau district, a serious murder occurred on the evening of the 27th day of the Lunar New Year (January 26th), resulting in the deaths of two victims, one male and one female, at the scene.
The two victims have been identified as HNT, residing in Dien My commune, and NTTH, residing in Hung Hai commune, Dien Chau district (both born in 2006).
According to initial information, at around 7:30 PM on January 26th, Dinh Van Quyen (born in 1996, residing in Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district) arranged to meet a group of friends, including HNT and NTTH, at the coastal dike area in Cu Nai village (Hung Hai commune) to hang out.
During the gathering, a personal conflict arose, leading to Quyen suddenly pulling out a knife and attacking. As a result, both victims were stabbed and died on the spot.
After committing the crime, Dinh Van Quyen was arrested by the police to assist with the investigation. Authorities are currently continuing to clarify the cause of the incident.
