Murder in Dien Chau, 2 people died
According to information from the People's Committee of Hung Hai Commune, Dien Chau District, a serious murder case occurred on the evening of the 27th of Tet (January 26), causing two victims, one male and one female, to die on the spot.
The two victims were identified as HNT residing in Dien My commune and NTTH residing in Hung Hai commune, Dien Chau district (both born in 2006).

According to initial information, at around 7:30 p.m. on January 26, Dinh Van Quyen (born in 1996, residing in Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district) made an appointment with a group of friends, including HNT and NTTH, to go to the sea dike area in Cu Nai village (Hung Hai commune) to hang out.
During the gathering, a personal conflict arose, leading to Quyen suddenly pulling out a knife to attack. As a result, both victims were stabbed and died on the spot.
After committing the crime, Dinh Van Quyen was arrested by the police to assist in the investigation. Currently, the authorities are continuing to clarify the cause of the incident.
