Amidst the bustling city streets, the people of Vinh find a sense of tranquility when visiting Diec Pagoda.
Diệc Pagoda is located in Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City. The pagoda's name is borrowed from Buddhist scriptures, "diệc bộ diệc xu," meaning "to walk together, to run together," connected to a folk tale about a flock of herons sent down from heaven to bring rain and water the land.
