Prosecution of enterprise director for illegally exploiting 200,000 m³ of soil
The company, directed by Nguyen Dinh Van, has exploited more than 200,000 m³ of land outside the boundary, with an estimated value of exploited minerals of more than 6 billion VND.
On February 12, Bac Giang Provincial Police informed that the Investigation Police Agency issued a decisionprosecute the case, prosecuted Nguyen Dinh Van (born 1986, Director of Luc Giang Son Construction and Trading Company Limited) for violating regulations on resource exploitation.
The People's Procuracy of Bac Giang province has approved the above decisions.

Previously, the police inspected and verified information sources showing signs of violations of the law on resource exploitation in the Bo Lay area, Phu Xuyen village, Phuong Son commune, Luc Ngan district (now Phu Bong residential group, Phuong Son ward, Chu town, Bac Giang province) by Luc Giang Son Construction and Trading Company Limited.
Through investigation, Bac Giang Provincial Police determined that Luc Giang Son Construction and Trading Company Limited had exploited a large amount of minerals outside the licensed boundary, about more than 200,000 m³ of land, with an estimated value of exploited minerals of more than 6 billion VND, causing loss of State budget revenue. This act violated the provisions of the law on resource exploitation.
The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang Provincial Police continues to investigate and clarify violations of related individuals and organizations for handling according to the law.
