Introducing Athena Riverside Eco-Urban Area
On the morning of March 15th, in Vinh City, the investor of the Athena Urban Area project held a ceremony to announce the sales list and launch the Athena Urban Area.
The event was attended by representatives from the Vinh City People's Committee and various media outlets.
Representing Trong Dong Real Estate Joint Stock Company (the investor) were Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Ha Dinh Ninh - Director of the company. Also present were representatives from MB Bank, Dat Xanh Northern Real Estate and Services Joint Stock Company, along with numerous investors and customers interested in the project.
The Athena Project - a riverside ecological urban area in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh City - received investment approval from the People's Committee of Nghe An province according to Decision No. 2767/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2017. The project covers an area of 53,738 square meters.2The project covers more than 31,386 square meters.2For technical infrastructure, transportation, kindergartens, sports fields, and cultural centers; 22,352 m² of urban residential land will be used to build low-rise housing areas including villas, commercial townhouses, and apartment buildings according to the approved plan.
According to the plan, the low-rise section at Athena will consist of a total of 184 semi-detached villas/townhouses, each with 3 floors and a rooftop terrace. The villas and townhouses range in size from 71 to 140 square meters.2Meticulously designed and constructed down to the smallest detail, from the elegant vaulted roofs to the spacious windows, it offers a flexible space that optimizes functionality, creating a comfortable, luxurious living environment that remains close to nature.
The new urban area, commercially named Athena, is strategically located in the heart of Vinh City, alongside the historically rich Vinh River. The project offers easy and quick access to major roads such as Quang Trung Street, Tran Phu Street, Phan Dinh Phung Street, the extended Le Mao Street, and National Highway 1A, etc.
Not only does Athena Urban Area offer a healthy ecological living environment, but its central city location also provides residents with easy access to Vinh Market, shopping centers, city hospitals, parks, and top schools in the area.

At the launch ceremony and unveiling of the Athena urban area, the investor presented the Vinh City People's Committee with a package to upgrade the Cua Tien 1 bridge and sponsored the fireworks display to celebrate major holidays such as January 30th and May 1st.
