Launching of Athena Riverside Eco-Urban Area
On the morning of March 15, in Vinh city, the investor of Athena Urban Area project held a ceremony to announce the product list and launch Athena Urban Area.
Attending the event were representatives of Vinh City People's Committee and press agencies.
On behalf of Trong Dong Real Estate Joint Stock Company (investor), there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ha Dinh Ninh - Director of the company. Also attending were representatives of MB Bank, Dat Xanh Mien Bac Real Estate and Services Joint Stock Company and many investors and customers interested in the project.
Athena Project - Riverside ecological urban area in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city was approved by Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for investment policy according to Decision No. 2767/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2017. With a scale of 53,738m2, the project covers more than 31,386m2for technical infrastructure, traffic, kindergartens, sports fields, cultural houses; 22,352m² of urban land will be used to build low-rise housing areas including villas, commercial townhouses and apartment buildings according to approved planning.
According to the planning, the low-rise subdivision in Athena is built with a total of 184 semi-detached villas - townhouses built 3 floors and 1 attic. The villas and townhouses have an area of 71 - 140m22, meticulously designed and built down to every detail, from the elegant dome system to the large, airy windows, providing a flexible space that optimizes functionality, creating a comfortable, luxurious living space that is still close to nature.
The new urban area with the commercial name Athena, is strategically located in the center of Vinh City, next to the Vinh River with many historical sediments.
