According to Ms. Tr., she had previously received a phone call from a man claiming to be a police officer, informing her that she had violated the law and asking her not to contact her family and to transfer 100 million VND to the subject to verify her involvement in the violation.

Due to not having enough money in her account, Ms. Tr. hurriedly brought more money to a bank located in Thinh My block, Quynh Thien ward to transfer money.

Realizing that Ms. Tr. had been tricked by the subject through cyberspace, Captain Nguyen Cong Than explained in detail so that she could understand. After that, Ms. Tr. gave up the idea of going to the bank to transfer money to the subject and returned home.
