Ms. Tran Thi Mai - a member in Hamlet 3, although she is very active in participating in the movements and activities of the Association, in 2021, when the Association officials "raised the issue" of training her to join the Party, she said that her business and online sales were busy, she had to deliver goods and take her two children to school every day and did not have time. However, it was the closeness, enthusiasm, and dedication in propagating, mobilizing, and enlightening both Ms. Mai and her husband, along with the Association officials taking care of taking her to school and home during the days she attended the Party sympathy class in the district; Ms. Mai completed the Party sympathy class and was admitted to the Party in early 2023; now she is the Head of the Women's Association of Hamlet 3.

In the same Nam Anh commune, Ms. Le Thi Hien, in hamlet 6, her husband works far away, raising 3 children alone, plus running a small business, so she was worried about joining the Party because she was afraid of not having time to fulfill her duties as a Party member, although in daily life she actively participates in the work of the hamlet and organizations, if in her conditions, she is ready. When the commune and hamlet women's union cadres propagated and explained in detail about joining the Party, not only did it not affect her life, activities and business, but on the contrary, it made her better when she fully and promptly received many policies and guidelines from all levels; she was able to contact and approach many people and participate in discussing and deciding on policies, work, and building her hamlet to be better...; she was aware and was admitted to the Party in 2023.
By doing the above, from the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term up to now, the Women's Union of Nam Anh commune has completed the target of advising and introducing resources to the Party Committee with 9 subjects participating in the Party sympathy class, of which 6 were admitted as Party members.

As a result, from 2020 to now, all levels of the Women's Union in Hoang Mai town have exceeded the targets assigned by the Town Party Committee in terms of advising, introducing, and training outstanding cadres and members for the Party, with a total of 337 members and women participating in the Party sympathy class and 235 members and women admitted to the Party, of which 16 are Party members who are grassroots and branch cadres.
In Nam Dan district, in addition to allocating expenditures to each women's association, each year training and introducing 1-2 people to attend Party sympathy classes and admitting 1 party member; the district Women's Union also includes this content in the criteria for evaluating the emulation of the organization and the leaders of the Association at all levels.
Thanks to that, in the past 3 years, the women's unions at all levels in Nam Dan district have introduced to the Party Committee 179 cadres and members to attend Party sympathy classes and admitted 86 cadres and members into the Party.
Comrade Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union said: The work of discovering and nurturing outstanding cadres, members and women to introduce to Party committees to recruit Party members in order to supplement the Party's strength has been resolutely directed by the Women's Unions at all levels in the province, assigning targets to each union base and including them in the criteria for calculating points and evaluating annual emulation. Thanks to that, the results of introducing and recruiting Party members who are cadres, members and women in many union bases have exceeded the targets assigned by Party committees at all levels.
In the 4 years (2021 - 2024), women's unions at all levels have trained and introduced 5,506 cadres and members to participate in Party sympathy classes and admitted 2,209 party members.
In 2024 alone, the Association at all levels introduced 1,485 outstanding members for the Party to train and admitted 907 Party members.
In order for the work of developing party members to spread among members and women, the goal and target set by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union for 2025 is to have 80% of branch presidents admitted to the Party.
However, the biggest difficulty at present is that there are still many female branch presidents over 60 years old and some branch presidents who have not graduated from junior high school. This is an issue that all levels of the association are concerned about, strengthening training and recruiting young people to join the Party, both improving the quality of the association's activities and contributing to building a strong Party.
