All four communes had no outstanding debts for basic infrastructure construction in the model new rural development program for 2024.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the district and commune levels organized surveys to gather public satisfaction with the results of building model new rural areas in the communes, in accordance with regulations; the percentage of households surveyed who responded with satisfaction with the overall results of building new rural areas in the communes was over 99%. Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van De, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the prompt and serious work of the departments and agencies, as well as the support of the People's Committees of the districts in the past period. He also instructed the Provincial Rural Development Coordination Office to urgently complete the dossier and submit it to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for a decision on recognition.

For communes, the goal is to continue improving and enhancing the criteria already achieved in a synchronized, sustainable, and comprehensive manner. Rural development should be viewed as a regular and continuous undertaking; priority should be given to economic development to improve the material and spiritual lives of farmers; and excessive burdens on the people should be avoided.
