How to calculate preschool teacher salary in 2025
According to Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV, the current salary of preschool teachers is calculated by the following formula:

The salary coefficient is calculated as follows:
a) Kindergarten teacher grade III, code V.07.02.26, is applied the salary coefficient of civil servants type A0, from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89;
b) Kindergarten teacher grade II, code V.07.02.25, is applied the salary coefficient of type A1 civil servants, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
c) Kindergarten teacher grade I, code V.07.02.24, is applied the salary coefficient of civil servants type A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.0 to salary coefficient 6.38.
