How to calculate preschool teacher salaries in 2025
According to Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV, the current salary for preschool teachers is calculated using the following formula:

The salary coefficient is calculated as follows:
a) Preschool teacher grade III, code V.07.02.26, is subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants type A0, ranging from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89;
b) Preschool teachers of grade II, code V.07.02.25, are subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A1, ranging from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
c) Kindergarten teachers of grade I, code V.07.02.24, are subject to the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.0 to salary coefficient 6.38.
