According to the VNA Special Envoy, within the framework of his official visit to the Russian Federation and participation in the 80th anniversary celebration of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, on the evening of May 9th (local time), General Secretary To Lam and the high-level Vietnamese delegation attended...Ceremony announcing the direct flight route between Hanoi and Moscow.of Vietnam National Airlines (Vietnam Airlines) and witnessed the signing of Memorandums of Understanding on cooperation with partners in the Russian Federation.
This event marks a new step forward in the context of Vietnam and the Russian Federation expanding comprehensive cooperation in many fields, especially economics, trade, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
