The Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Fund announces a change in its charter capital, specifically as follows:

Today, the Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Fund changes its charter capital as stated in Article 4 of the Establishment and Operation License No. 1553/GP-NGA dated December 19, 2016, to VND 2,913,420,000 (Two billion, nine hundred thirteen million, four hundred twenty thousand dong).
The change, effective March 31, 2025, is due to the capital increase from the established share capital contributions of the Credit Union members and additional capital contributions. Therefore, the Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Union hereby announces this information for the awareness and monitoring of its operations.
