Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital, specifically as follows:

- Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024.
Now, Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Fund changes the charter capital in Article 4 of the License for Establishment and Operation of People's Credit Fund No. 1553/GP-NGA dated December 19, 2016 to VND 2,913,420,000 (Two billion, nine hundred and thirteen million, four hundred and twenty thousand VND).
The time of change to March 31, 2025 increased due to the increase in QTD members' capital contribution and additional capital contribution. Therefore, Bong Khe Commune People's Credit Fund would like to inform members to know and monitor during the operation process.
