Goods at Vinh Market often don't have price tags, and prices are determined by the buyer and seller. Some traders also shared that they import a large quantity of goods and cannot guarantee that all of them have the necessary documentation, so they fear being fined. The Vinh Market management board is currently encouraging and urging vendors to reopen their businesses; to sell goods with clear origins and comply with general legal regulations, protecting consumer rights.
