Russia receives peace memorandum from Ukraine.
The head of the Russian negotiating delegation said that Moscow had received a peace memorandum from Ukraine, and that at the second round of talks, Russia would hand over a similar document to Kyiv.

According to RIA Novosti on June 2, Vladimir Medinsky, head of the Russian delegation at the Istanbul talks with Ukraine, said that Russia had received a copy of a memorandum from Ukraine outlining a peaceful solution to the conflict.
"The head of the Russian delegation at the Istanbul talks, Russian President's assistant Vladimir Medinsky, said that Russia had previously received a version of the memorandum on a peaceful settlement from Ukraine. According to him, the memorandum was delivered in both Ukrainian and English," RIA Novosti reported.
According to Reuters, Ukraine will propose a draft peace solution with demands similar to those previously stated. They emphasize the absence of restrictions on the weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the absence of international recognition of the liberated territories as part of Russia, and the demand for reparations.
On June 1st, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky arrived in Istanbul as the head of the Russian delegation for a new round of talks with Ukraine. The meeting is scheduled for today (June 2nd) at 1:00 PM at the Chiragan Palace.
At this meeting, Moscow handed over to Ukraine a memorandum on a future peace treaty. It included all aspects for resolving the root causes of the conflict.
The composition of the Russian delegation will be the same as in the previous round, led by Vladimir Medinsky, along with Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov, and Deputy Minister of Defense Alexander Fomin.
The Ukrainian delegation will once again be led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
