As per instructions,Inspection Committee (IC) of provincial and municipal party committeesThere are 11-13 full-time members, except for the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commissions, there are 13-15 full-time members. The Chairman is a member of the Standing Committee, with 3-4 Vice Chairmen and a number of members. Except for the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commissions, there are no more than 5 Vice Chairmen.
