As per instructions,Inspection Committee (IC) of provincial and municipal party committeesThere are 11-13 full-time members, except for the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commissions, which have 13-15 full-time members. The Chairman is a member of the Standing Committee, with 3-4 Vice Chairmen and a number of members. Except for the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Commissions, there are no more than 5 Vice Chairmen.

Personnel introduced for election or appointment to participate in the Party Committee's Inspection Committee (higher position) must have held the current position (adjacent) or equivalent position for at least 1 year (12 months). In special cases, if the personnel does not have enough time to hold the position, the Party Committee with authority to manage the cadres must conduct an assessment and comment on the qualities, capacity, reputation, products, and specific results in performing the assigned duties and tasks of the personnel...
