Coffee prices today, June 26, 2025: A shocking drop in price.
Today, June 26th, domestic coffee prices are at 94,500 - 95,000 VND/kg. Coffee prices have sharply reversed course, falling by 4,200 to 4,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. This current price drop shows no sign of stopping due to favorable weather conditions in Brazil.
Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, June 26, 2025, have sharply declined, fluctuating between 94,500 and 95,000 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in Dak Lak province are buying coffee at a maximum price of 95,000 VND/kg, a sharp decrease of 4,200 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, the price of coffee in Dak Nong province is 95,000 VND/kg, a decrease of 4,200 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by 4,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and are trading at 94,500 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong province, the price of coffee decreased by 4,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, reaching 94,500 VND/kg.

Domestic coffee prices have now fallen below 100,000 VND/kg, a crucial psychological price level that had been maintained for many weeks. This signals that downward pressure is becoming increasingly evident in the domestic market.
Amidst this sharp decline, over the past 10 days, many farmers have opted to sell off their coffee crops due to concerns that prices will continue to fall. However, many others remain calm, believing that even though prices have dropped by about 40,000 VND/kg from their peak, they are still making a profit and are therefore not in a hurry to sell.
On a more positive note, data from the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA) shows impressive growth in coffee exports. In the first half of June 2025, Vietnam exported over 51,284 tons of green coffee beans, earning $271 million. Compared to the same period last year, export volume increased by 32.5%, while value surged by 71%.
Of that total, Robusta coffee continued to dominate with a production volume of 46,955 tons, bringing in $240.6 million. This represents increases of 44.8% in volume and 80.4% in value compared to the same period in 2024, demonstrating the strong appeal of this type of coffee in the international market.

November 2025 delivery: Decreased by $139/ton, to $3,468/ton.

Analysts believe the current coffee price decline shows no signs of stopping. The main reasons are favorable weather conditions in Brazil, increased harvest yields, and continued profit-taking by speculators dominating the market.
Looking ahead, the coffee market is unlikely to see significant positive developments as supplies from Brazil's new crop continue to enter the market. However, factors such as frost in Brazil or the weakening of the US dollar could provide short-term support for coffee prices.
Amidst abundant supply, a lack of sudden surges in demand, and the impact of geopolitical conflicts in many areas, investors have withdrawn capital from coffee and shifted to other assets such as gold and oil. This has also contributed to the sharp decline in coffee prices recently.
Industry organizations forecast global coffee production in the 2025/26 crop year to increase to 171.1 million bags, shifting the market from a deficit of 900,000 bags to a surplus of 1.4 million bags. However, coffee harvesting progress in Brazil is currently slower than last year, with only 24.3% of the crop harvested as of June 20th, compared to 34.2% at the same time in 2024. This is a factor that could significantly impact supply in the short term.
