On the afternoon of June 27, Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 1409/QD - UBND approving the Project to reorganize Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate to be lean, strong, efficient, effective and efficient.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also attending were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Inspectorate leadership approved Decision No. 1409/QD-UBND of Nghe An province on approving the Project to reorganize Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate to be streamlined, efficient, effective and effective. Announced the Decision to establish the Office and specialized departments of the Provincial Inspectorate; Decisions to appoint department leaders.

According to the approved Project: End the operations of 12 Department Inspectorates and 20 District Inspectorates to rearrange and reorganize into organizations under Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate. After the streamlining, the apparatus of Nghe An Provincial Inspectorate has 01 focal point (Provincial Inspectorate), reducing 32 focal points, reaching a rate of 96.97%.

Regarding structure and organization: The Provincial Inspectorate leadership includes: Chief Inspector and no more than 4 Deputy Chief Inspectors.

Accordingly, comrade Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Provincial Inspector. Deputy Provincial Inspectors: Nguyen Tung Son; Hoang Thanh Linh; Nguyen Van Chien.

After the reorganization, the Provincial Inspectorate was reorganized to include the Office and 8 specialized departments: Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for Area 1 (Department I); Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for Area 2 (Department II); Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for Area 3 (Department III); Department of Prevention and Combat of Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negativity (Department IV); Department of Monitoring, Urging, Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling (Department V); Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for the fields of Construction, Finance, Industry and Trade (Department VI); Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for the fields of Education, Health, Culture, Sports, Tourism, Science and Technology (Department VII); Department of Inspection, Handling of Complaints and Denunciations for the fields of Agriculture, Environment, Internal Affairs, Justice, Ethnicity - Religion, Foreign Affairs (Department VIII).

The total number of staff of the Provincial Inspectorate after the reorganization is 155 civil servants doing professional work (to be maintained stable from now until the end of 2030); after the reorganization, when conditions permit, the number of staff can be adjusted to increase appropriately to meet the requirements of the tasks, but not to increase the total staff of the province according to regulations.

Speaking at the assignment, comrade Chu The Huyen - Chief Inspector of the province emphasized: The restructuring of the organization this time marks a strong change in organization and operation methods, a milestone of special significance in the process of comprehensive innovation of the Inspectorate's activities.

This is not only to implement the major policy of the Central and the province on streamlining the administrative apparatus, but also an opportunity for the Provincial Inspectorate to consolidate and improve the organization, improve the quality of the team, increase the effectiveness and efficiency in inspection work, resolve complaints and denunciations, and prevent and combat corruption and negativity.

Accordingly, the Provincial Inspectorate Office continues to be the focal point for general advice, assisting the Provincial Inspectorate leaders in general direction and management; effectively organizing the implementation of tasks on: citizen reception, staff organization, synthesis, administrative law, administration, finance, accounting, information technology, administrative reform, documents - archives, emulation - rewards, internal security, public asset management and implementation of regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants and employees, serving the entire agency's activities well.

Specialized departments (from Department I to Department VIII) gradually affirm their role as specialized departments; effectively perform the functions of inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption and negativity prevention according to the assigned areas and fields; effectively coordinate the implementation of post-inspection handling work to ensure that inspection conclusions are strictly and accurately implemented.

The departments proactively coordinate, share information, properly implement regulations, closely follow the direction of the Government Inspectorate, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Inspectorate's leaders.

For comrades appointed to the positions of Head of Department and Deputy Head of Department: This is both an honor and a great responsibility.
