The provincial National Assembly delegation met with voters in Quynh Luu commune.
On the afternoon of July 11th, in Quynh Luu commune (Nghe An province), the delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Nghe An province held a direct meeting with voters in Quynh Luu commune and also connected online to 6 locations in 6 communes: Quynh Phu, Quynh Anh, Quynh Van, Quynh Thang, Quynh Tam, and Quynh Son.

The National Assembly delegation included the following individuals elected from Electoral District No. 3: Pham Phu Binh - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee; Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An Province; and Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Standing Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union. Also present were representatives from provincial departments and agencies, leaders of communes, and a large number of voters in the area.

At the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien, Standing Vice President of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union, gave a brief report on the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. In particular, she provided information on important and historically significant decisions such as the National Assembly's adoption of a Resolution amending and supplementing several articles of the 2013 Constitution and regulations related to the reorganization of administrative units. The delegates also listened to and received opinions and suggestions from voters, especially those arising during the transition to a two-tiered local government model from July 1, 2025.

In a spirit of innovation and democracy, voters in the communes also expressed many opinions and suggestions focusing on issues such as: Compensation and land clearance for the National Highway 1A Expansion and Upgrade Project from 2014 to the present still face many obstacles; people in communes through which National Highway 1A passes have submitted petitions to the authorities at all levels but have not received a definitive resolution. Issues concerning policies for part-time officials, new land price lists, clean water for people in the former Quynh Dien and Quynh Hung communes (now part of Quynh Luu commune), traffic safety corridor markers, railway protection corridors passing through Hamlet 2, former Quynh Giang commune, health insurance and social insurance policies for village and hamlet officials, and improving the efficiency of the commune-level public administrative service center... were also of concern to voters.

After listening to the opinions and suggestions of the voters, representatives from the relevant departments and agencies provided explanations and answers to the issues within their jurisdiction.

On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Standing Delegation of the National Assembly of Nghe An province - thanked the voters for their interest in participating in the meeting and contributing many important opinions. The delegation will record and summarize the opinions and suggestions of the voters to send to the relevant agencies for research, consideration, and resolution, and will respond to the voters as soon as possible.
