This morning (July 25), comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council directly went to isolated points in villages of Tuong Duong commune to direct the recovery work; at the same time, encouraged the Party Committee, government and people.
