This morning (July 25th), Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - personally visited isolated areas in villages belonging to Tuong Duong commune to direct relief efforts; and at the same time, encouraged the Party committee, government, and people.
