The Department of Construction has requested the People's Committees of wards and communes, and the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Boards to strengthen supervision and urge contractors to accelerate construction progress. All items and packages must be completed, the site restored, and sanitation cleaned up before August 10, 2025, to ensure traffic order and environmental protection.
The Department of Construction has requested the City Police and the City Inspectorate to coordinate in inspecting and strictly handling violations by investors, project management boards, and contractors who do not comply with regulations. The People's Committees of wards and communes are tasked with directing the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, investors, and contractors to accelerate the progress of licensed projects. These units must complete project components, clear the site, ensure traffic safety, environmental hygiene, and urban aesthetics, while complying with the order to temporarily halt road and sidewalk digging from August 1st to September 5th, 2025.
