The Party Committees of Chau Loc and Quynh Tam communes set many goals to strive for in the new term with great determination to further develop their homeland.
* August 19,Chau Loc Commune Party CommitteeOrganize the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. The Party Committee was formed from the merger of Chau Loc Commune Party Committee and Lien Hop Commune Party Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and delivered a speech directing the Congress. The Congress was attended by 205 official delegates, representing 503 party members in the entire Party Committee.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress agreed on the general goal for the 2025-2030 term, building Chau Loc commune to develop rapidly and sustainably. To achieve the above goal, the Congress identified 3 breakthroughs: Building a team of cadres and party members with political courage, moral qualities and a high sense of responsibility; Breakthrough in building synchronous rural infrastructure, effectively exploiting mineral resources, especially white stone, shifting from raw mining to deep processing; Breakthrough in administrative reform, applying information technology and digital transformation to improve management efficiency and service quality for people and businesses.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi suggested that Chau Loc Commune Party Committee should focus on building solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee; strive to develop into a modern, effective and sustainable mineral processing center, associated with strict management of resources and environmental protection. In addition, it is necessary to promote the advantages of forest land, turn forestry into a spearhead economic sector, and build raw material areas for high-tech processing.
Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi also suggested the direction of developing community ecotourism associated with preserving and promoting the unique cultural values of the Thai and Tho ethnic groups. At the same time, it is necessary to continue to pay attention to synchronous development in the fields of education, health, sustainable poverty reduction and ensuring national defense and security. Comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi expressed his confidence and expectation that Chau Loc commune, with new determination and efforts, will have solid development steps, successfully completing the goals set out in the Congress Resolution, becoming one of the bright spots of the Northwest Nghe An region.
* August 19,Quynh Tam Commune Party Committeeorganized the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Le Truong Giang - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
Quynh Tam commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Quynh Tam, Quynh Chau and Tan Son. Currently, the commune has an area of 103.4 km², a population of 35,568 people; 55 grassroots party organizations with 1,125 party members.
With the spirit of innovation, courage and high political determination, the 1st Congress of Quynh Tam Commune Party Committee determined the general goal for the 2025 - 2030 term as follows: Continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; the effectiveness and efficiency of management and administration of the government; promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; promoting administrative reform, building an administration serving the people; developing rapidly and sustainably in all fields, in which industry associated with services is the foundation, trade is the spearhead, digital transformation, and application of modern science and technology is the breakthrough. The commune aims to strive to achieve the advanced New Rural standards by 2030.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Le Truong Giang - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, requested the Quynh Tam Commune Party Committee to focus on doing well in Party building, continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the management capacity of Party committees and authorities, thereby strengthening solidarity and unity within the Party Committee with the spirit of "One locality - one vision - one action - one belief".
The Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to effectively implement the Central Resolutions on Party building and rectification in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
