The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 4686 on ensuring conditions for serving people and tourists to follow commemorative activities and the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan, Head of the Security - Traffic Subcommittee, was assigned to direct traffic flow and regulation and ensure security and order along the entire parade route.

Police and youth volunteers will be deployed at crowded places, grandstand areas, assembly points and LED screen locations, with priority given to veterans, the elderly, women and children.

To serve a large number of residents and tourists, the city will install 22 large outdoor LED screens at 18 public locations, divided into three main routes and gateways to the capital:
