A total of 22 LED screen locations have been set up for the public to watch the parade and march on September 2nd, 2025. Priority will be given to locations where veterans, the elderly, women, and children can watch.

The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Official Document No. 4686 regarding ensuring the necessary conditions for citizens and tourists to observe the commemorative activities and ceremonies marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan, Head of the Security and Traffic Subcommittee, was assigned to direct traffic flow management and ensure security and order along the entire parade route.

Police officers and volunteer youth will be stationed at crowded areas, grandstands, assembly points, and locations where LED screens are set up, with priority given to veterans, the elderly, women, and children for viewing positions.

22 LED screens are placed at 18 key locations.

To serve the large number of residents and tourists, the city will install 22 large outdoor LED screens at 18 public locations, divided into three main routes and gateways to the capital:

Van Cao - Quan Ngua - Kim Ma - Nguyen Thai Hoc route (07 screens)

Directions from Van Cao Street to Quan Ngua Sports Complex (1 screen)

Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee (1 screen)
