UPDATE: Storm No. 5 swept through Nghe An, the wind howled continuously, many trees fell down

On the evening of August 25, storm No. 5 made landfall in Nghe An with wind gusts of level 13, knocking down many trees and roofs of agencies, offices, and houses. Many wards and communes lost power.
