Leaders of Nghe An province offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
On the morning of August 29, in the atmosphere of the entire Party, people and army celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province organized a flower offering ceremony and incense offering to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches and provincial units.

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, the national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural celebrity.
President Ho Chi Minh devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people of the world.


80 years ago, on September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the provisional government, solemnly read the Declaration of Independence, declaring to the people of the whole country and all of humanity around the world, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
President Ho Chi Minh affirmed: “... Vietnam has the right to enjoy freedom and independence, and in fact has become a free and independent country. The entire Vietnamese people are determined to devote all their spirit and strength, to sacrifice their lives and property, to maintain that freedom and independence.”


President Ho Chi Minh's aspiration for independence, freedom and happiness has become a source of great motivation and strength, motivating the Vietnamese people to overcome all difficulties and challenges.
National Day September 2, 1945 opened a new era, for the first time the Vietnamese people had the right to hold their heads high, proud to be citizens of a free and independent country.

The past 80 years have been a process of struggle and sacrifice, full of hardships, not sparing the wealth and blood of the nation, both fighting and building the country to protect and build the Fatherland of Vietnam to become increasingly strong and become a prestigious country in the international arena as it is today.
Over the past 80 years, the spirit of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 has been a great source of strength for the new era, an important driving force and guide for the cause of innovation. The Party's will and the people's hearts have created a combined strength to promote the will of self-reliance and self-improvement, and arouse the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

In the sacred moment, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province listened to an excerpt of President Ho Chi Minh's reading of the Declaration of Independence, and vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality, and style.
