Young man not wearing helmet, weaving on Yen Xuan bridge, causing outrage
Recently, a clip went viral on social media recording a young man driving a motorbike in a dangerous manner, causing outrage in the online community.
According to the clip, this young man was not wearing a helmet, driving a motorbike with license plate 37K2-555.27, weaving and swerving at high speed on Yen Xuan bridge (connecting Hung Nguyen Nam commune and Thien Nhan commune, Nghe An province). The incident is said to have happened on the morning of September 2.
Notably, at the time of the incident, Yen Xuan Bridge was crowded with vehicles, including motorbikes and cars. However, the motorcyclist continued to disregard the danger, constantly swerving, moving without control and not complying with any traffic safety rules.
The above action not only seriously violates road traffic laws but also directly endangers the lives of the driver and other road users on the bridge.
