Young man without helmet, weaving on Yen Xuan bridge, causing outrage
Recently, a clip has been circulating on social media recording a young man driving a motorbike in a dangerous manner, causing outrage in the online community.
According to the clip, the young man was not wearing a helmet, driving a motorbike with license plate 37K2-555.27, weaving and swerving at high speed on Yen Xuan bridge (connecting Hung Nguyen Nam and Thien Nhan communes, Nghe An province). The incident is said to have occurred on the morning of September 2.
Notably, at the time of the incident, Yen Xuan Bridge was crowded with vehicles, including motorbikes and cars. However, the motorbike driver continued to disregard the danger, continuously swerving, moving without control and not complying with any traffic safety rules.
The above action not only seriously violates road traffic laws but also directly endangers the lives of the driver and other road users on the bridge.
