The recent storm and flood was one of the most severe natural disasters that the people of Tuong Duong commune experienced when hundreds of houses were submerged in water and many properties were swept away. Among them, many schools suffered heavy property losses. Up to now, Tuong Duong commune still has 4 villages isolated because two suspension bridges across the river were swept away, making travel very difficult and dangerous when teachers and students have to travel by motorboat.

On behalf of Hoa Binh Kindergarten, teacher Nguyen Thi Hanh, Principal of the school expressed her deep gratitude for the timely attention and support of the Military Youth Union and other units, and affirmed that this is a great source of encouragement for teachers and students to teach and study well in the new school year.

The activity is a sharing of feelings and responsibilities of the Army youth and accompanying units towards people in flood-hit areas, contributing to encouraging people in schools to soon overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and enter the new school year.
