During the verification, Quy Chau Commune Police identified 2 leaders who gathered with subjects to organize illegal drug use, Lu Van Trung (born in 1976) and Lang Van Vi (born in 1978), both residing in Quy Chau Commune.
These are subjects with many criminal records related to drugs, so this group of subjects is more reckless, reckless and disregards the law. Notably, to deal with the police, in the process of organizing drug use, the subjects often change locations and always keep many dangerous weapons to fight against the authorities. The activities of the subjects cause insecurity and disorder and anger among the people. In this situation, the Quy Chau Commune Police have developed a plan to fight and eliminate the above groups of subjects.
After a period of monitoring and applying synchronous professional measures on September 12, 2025, determining that the above group was gathering to organize illegal drug use at the house of Hoang Van Trung (born 1981), Ke Ninh village, Quy Chau commune, dozens of officers and soldiers of Quy Chau commune police divided into many working groups to suddenly raid and arrest 5 subjects for the acts of "Organizing illegal drug use" and "Illegal possession of drugs".
In addition to the three arrested subjects, the police also arrested two other subjects, Vi Van Dan (born in 1976), residing in Quy Chau commune, and To Van Long (born in 2002), residing in Xuan Binh commune, Thanh Hoa province. At the scene, the police force seized and temporarily detained 1.56g of heroin, 1 car, 3 motorbikes; 40 million VND, 4 mobile phones and other evidence related to the organization of illegal drug use. Quickly searching the subjects' houses, the police seized 16 more knives, swords, and spears of various types.
