Herbalife Vietnam continues to spread the message of healthy and beautiful living through "I am healthier and more beautiful"
On the morning of September 9, 2025, at the Ministry of Health, the 4th "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest was officially launched with the support of Herbalife Vietnam, affirming Herbalife's strong commitment to contributing to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle in the community.
“I am healthier and more beautiful” has gone beyond the framework of a normal contest.
After 3 consecutive years of organization, the number of participants in the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest has grown dramatically each year, from more than 2,000 registrations in 2022, increasing to more than 3,500 in 2023 and reaching nearly 5,000 in 2024. The 4th "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest continues to look for individuals who dare to change, possess impressive improvement journeys and stories that motivate the community with the message "Go beyond limits - Spread the spirit of healthy and beautiful living".
At the launching ceremony of the 4th "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Van Thuan, Deputy Minister of Health, Head of the Contest Steering Committee affirmed that "I am healthier and more beautiful" is not just a contest, but has truly become a movement, a social campaign with a wide influence. The contest has attracted thousands of participants from all over the country, from students, office ladies, to the elderly; tens of thousands of articles, images, shared videos; and millions of interactions and comments on digital platforms. Those numbers not only show the appeal of the Contest, but also reflect a real need in the community, a desire to change oneself to live healthier and more positively.
“I am healthier and more beautiful” - where the most inspirational stories are recorded
Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, Chairman of the Jury of the 4th “I am healthier and more beautiful” contest, said that the contest is not simply looking for the person who lost the most weight or had the most beautiful body, but more importantly, choosing truly inspirational stories, people who not only changed their body shape but also changed their thinking and lifestyle scientifically.

After 3 seasons, “I am healthier and more beautiful” has inspired thousands of people in the movement of physical training, scientific nutrition practices and the journey to conquer their own limits. Thousands of people participated, tens of millions of people followed in the press and social networks; the contest not only awarded prizes but also ignited the motivation to live an active life, improve health and improve body shape.
Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, shared: "We are excited to continue to accompany the "Healthier Me" contest for the 4th consecutive time. Also at the launching ceremony of the 4th "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat, Senior Communications Director of Herbalife Vietnam shared that Herbalife continues to accompany the Health & Life Newspaper in this contest with many initiatives, contributing to continuing to raise the community's attention to the important role of nutrition and sports activities for better health every day. Herbalife and each Herbalife independent member are ambassadors, bringing positive messages about healthy lifestyles to the community and many Herbalife independent members are also candidates participating in this contest. When accompanying "I am healthier and more beautiful", Herbalife hopes that this is not only a contest but also helps participants and people around in the community to share and practice long-term habits of practicing scientific nutrition, balance combined with sports training, towards achieving long-term health goals.
