"I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" has gone beyond the scope of a typical competition.

Over the course of three consecutive years, the number of participants in the "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest has grown dramatically each year, from over 2,000 registrations in 2022, increasing to over 3,500 in 2023, and reaching nearly 5,000 in 2024. The 4th "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest continues to seek individuals who dare to change, possess impressive self-improvement journeys, and have inspiring stories for the community, with the message "Overcoming Limitations – Spreading the Spirit of Healthy Living."

At the launch ceremony of the 4th "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" contest, Meritorious Doctor, Professor, and Doctor Tran Van Thuan, Deputy Minister of Health and Head of the Contest Steering Committee, affirmed that "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" is not just a contest, but has truly become a movement, a social campaign with widespread influence. The contest has attracted thousands of participants from all over the country, from students and office workers to the elderly; tens of thousands of articles, images, and videos have been shared; and millions of interactions and comments have been made on digital platforms. These numbers not only show the appeal of the contest, but also reflect a real need in the community, a desire to change oneself to live healthier and more positive lives.

Professor Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition and Chairman of the Judging Panel for the 4th "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" competition, stated that the competition is not simply about finding the person who lost the most weight or had the most beautiful physique, but more importantly, about selecting truly inspiring stories – people who not only transformed their physical appearance but also changed their mindset and lifestyle in a scientific way.

After three seasons, "I'm Healthier and More Beautiful" has inspired thousands of people in the movement to improve physical fitness, practice scientific nutrition, and conquer their own limits. Thousands of participants and tens of millions of followers on the press and social media have contributed to the competition, which not only awards prizes but also ignites a motivation for an active lifestyle, improved health, and enhanced physique.
