From products to services: Prudential affirms its position and reputation, recognized both domestically and internationally.

Throughout nearly three quarters of 2025, Prudential Vietnam has received a series of important awards both domestically and internationally.

In particular, both the Insurance Asia Award and the VnReport Top 10 list named Prudential in their respective award categories, affirming the company's exemplary position in the industry through its efforts in product innovation and improving service quality for customers.

Recently, Prudential's newly launched PRU-MAXIMUM PROTECTION universal life insurance product was awarded "New Insurance Product of the Year" at the Insurance Asia Award 2025. The product is designed to maximize protection value per premium for customers, while integrating sustainable financial accumulation with guaranteed interest rates and attractive bonuses. This affirms the company's commitment to continuous innovation and designing advanced financial protection solutions to meet the evolving needs of Vietnamese families.

Simultaneously, at the Insurance Asia Award 2025, Prudential was also honored with the "Training & Development Initiative of the Year" award for its Business Management Capacity Development program for General Agency Office Managers – a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the operational, financial, and human resource management capabilities of the Agency Channel leadership team, clearly demonstrating Prudential's persistent efforts in building systematic and comprehensive operational models.

The training strategy aimed at improving the quality of consultants is not limited to the leadership level but extends to the entire team of consultants, helping Prudential lead in the number of MDRT members in Vietnam for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025. In addition, the company has also expanded its General Agency office model in major cities with convenient locations, contributing to efforts to improve service quality at every customer touchpoint.

Furthermore, Prudential Vietnam demonstrates its responsibility to enhance customer experience at every touchpoint by applying AI (artificial intelligence) and OCR (optical character recognition) technologies to shorten insurance claims processing and settlement times from days to minutes, and integrating AI-generated technology into the "voice recording" process during consultations for 100% of new customers.

Also in 2025, Prudential continued to be honored by Vietnam Report in the Top 10 Reputable Life Insurance Companies. This ranking is based on criteria such as financial capacity, media reputation, and customer satisfaction. This is the 9th consecutive year Prudential has maintained its position in the ranking, reflecting not only the trust customers place in Prudential.
