Over nearly 3 quarters of 2025, Prudential Vietnam has received a series of important awards at home and abroad.
In particular, Insurance Asia Award and VnReport Top 10 list both named Prudential in their award categories and lists, affirming the company's position as an industry model through its efforts to innovate products and improve service quality for customers.
Recently, Prudential's newly launched universal life insurance product PRU-MAX PROTECTION was awarded the "New Insurance Product of the Year" at the Insurance Asia Awards 2025. The product is designed to maximize the protection value per premium for customers, while integrating the ability to accumulate sustainable finance with guaranteed interest rates and attractive bonuses. Affirming the company's commitment to continuous innovation and designing advanced financial protection solutions to meet the growing needs of Vietnamese families.
At the same time, at Insurance Asia Award 2025, Prudential was also honored with the "Training & Development Initiative of the Year" award for the Business Management Capacity Development program for General Agency Office Directors - a strategic initiative to improve the operational, financial and human resource management capacity of the Agency Channel leadership team, clearly demonstrating Prudential's persistent efforts in building comprehensive and methodical operating models.

The training strategy to improve the quality of consultants is not only limited to the leadership level but also extended to the entire team of consultants, helping Prudential lead in the number of MDRTs in Vietnam for 3 consecutive years from 2023 to 2025. In addition, the company also expanded the General Agency office model in major cities with convenient locations, contributing to the effort to improve service quality at every customer touchpoint.

In addition, Prudential Vietnam also demonstrates its responsibility to improve customer experience at every touchpoint by applying AI (artificial intelligence) and OCR (optical character recognition) technology to help shorten the time for insurance appraisal and compensation from days to minutes and integrating artificial intelligence (generative AI) technology into the "voice recording" process during the consultation process for 100% of new customers.
Also in 2025, Prudential continued to be honored by Vietnam Report in the Top 10 Prestigious Life Insurance Companies. This ranking is based on criteria of financial capacity, media reputation and customer satisfaction. This is the 9th consecutive year that Prudential has maintained its position in the ranking, not only reflecting the trust of customers in Prudential.
