Equipping information technology knowledge and skills for commune-level officials in Nghe An
On the morning of September 22, Nghe An Department of Science and Technology opened a training course to foster basic knowledge and skills in information technology and digital transformation (phase 1) for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in charge of digital transformation at the commune level.
Through the training course, the aim is to improve the information technology capacity of cadres, civil servants and public employees in charge of digital transformation at the commune level, proficiently use administrative management software systems, public services, and electronic documents; contribute to standardizing work processes at the grassroots level in the direction of e-government and digital government.
Activities aim to enhance transparency, publicity and efficiency in serving people and businesses; gradually bring Resolution No. 57/NQ-TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation into life.
By participating in the training course, students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to design, deploy, manage, administer, and operate information technology infrastructure (basic knowledge of information technology, LAN systems; Internet; information technology devices; ensuring information security through application software, firewalls, data backup, information technology incident response;...) as well as related devices.
The training course provides knowledge on connecting, installing and managing auxiliary devices used in network or computer environments; administering, exploiting and operating the VNPT-IOffice document management and administration system; online meetings; administering, exploiting and effectively operating online public service platforms.
At the same time, organize the registration, management and use of public digital signatures; ensure network safety and security; guide the development of plans and implementation of resolutions and plans on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; guide the use of online learning platforms,...
According to the plan, Nghe An Department of Science and Technology will organize 4 classes, divided into 2 sessions for cadres, civil servants and public employees in charge of digital transformation of 130 communes and wards in the province; each training class lasts 5 days.
